Product Care Guide

We use the highest quality materials to produce our hand-crafted handbags and accessories.  Slight marks and variations in the surface color and texture are an inherent characteristic of many hand-loomed textiles, silks, leathers and other materials. To help maintain the appearance and to prolong the life of your handbag, consider the following care information.

Leather: The best way to safely clean leather on your bag is to dampen a lint-free cloth and wipe the leather clean. Buff it with a lint free cloth with leather cleaner and conditioner. Just to be safe, always test a small section first before you clean the rest of your bag.

Fabric: Mild soap and water is the most effective cleaning method for our fabric bags. Our recommendation for care is spot cleaning with a cloth just slightly dampened with warm water and mild soap. Refrain from heavy scrubbing to avoid damage or discoloration to the fabrics.

Suede: Suede is a delicate leather because it is more porous, and therefore quickly absorbs liquid and dirt. Gently brush it with a suede brush to remove dirt and keep the fibers soft and keep the suede fresh and new. Spraying the suede with a protectant spray will act as a repellent for dirt, stains, or water. If you have a stubborn stain, use white vinegar and a soft towel to dab the area until the stain disappears.

Beaded/Sequins/Embroidery: Our high-end embellished bags are delicate by nature. Loosening of beads is possible with wear and tear, so please handle it with TLC.
